Dennis has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1966. Dennis specializes in commercial real estate and development. Leadership positions held include director or member of the Chamber of Commerce, Oshkosh Commercial Development Corp., past member of the Oshkosh Citizen Advisory Committee, Fox Valley Technical College Foundation, Winnebago Builder's Assn., Oshkosh Apartment Owner's Assn., Wisconsin Realtors Assn., as well as numerous charitable board of director positions.

Grant Schwab

Grant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and immediately began his real estate career after college. Besides working in commercial real estate, he is currently working on many development projects in Oshkosh.

Ken Tritt

Ken has been a resident of the community for 50 years, working not only in Real Estate, but also has 23 years of banking and lending experience. Active in the community, Ken has held posts in the Winneconne Chamber of Commerce and Rotary. Ken has also been a former board member of the Winnebago County Fair and the Winneconne Development Corp. Family oriented, Ken and his wife have 3 children and Ken was a Youth Soccer coach and Youth Basketball coach.

Tom Scharpf

I spent the period of 1975 to 1997 in a family uniform business. My wife Deb and I took 100% ownership of this business in 1993 and then had the successful sale of our company in 1997 to the largest provider of uniforms in America.

In 2001 we started our own Commercial Real Estate Company which we still own today. I have been involved with new development, redevelopment and the purchase and sale of property.

In 2006 I decided to expand my Real Estate horizons by joining on with Coldwell Banker Schwab Realty, Ltd. I will be buying, selling and leasing commercial properties on behalf of clients.
